This is a spell to banish the negative voices inside your head, the voice that makes you compare yourself to others, speaks to you negatively and makes you feel like you aren’t good enough.

This is also a great general spell to do before any manifesting or intention setting, because when you are manifesting from a place of self-love you will know exactly the right things to call in. After the stone is free, store the rose quartz next to your bed. 

As you light this candle, whisper to yourself, how wonderful you are, and how you are here because the universe needs you. Repeat this process for a few days and look out for special signs from the universe. 

This candle is scented with frankincense and vanilla, along with my special blend of love essential oil.
